Terms of Service

Version 1, effective October 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bryllyant, Inc. (“we” or “us”). XipFax is a product that XipHub Inc. owns and we operate. These terms apply when you use xipfax.com or the XipFax app. “The XipFax companies” means us, XipHub Inc., and any company that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with either of us.

Who can use XipFax

Anyone who accepts these terms can use XipFax. If you use it for a business or another organization, you accept these terms for it, and you confirm you can.

What XipFax does

XipFax sends faxes of the documents you upload to the numbers you choose. With a plan, you also get your own fax number: XipFax receives faxes at it and delivers them to your account and email. Your number is yours while your plan lasts, and is released when the plan ends. XipFax keeps a log of your faxes.

A fax is delivered when the machine or service at the number answers and accepts it. If a fax fails, we tell you.

XipFax sends documents. It does not prepare or review them, it does not file anything for you, and it gives no legal or tax advice.

Your documents

Your documents and faxes stay yours. You let us store, convert, send and deliver them, and handle them as needed to provide XipFax and meet the law. A fax you delete from your log can’t be recovered.

What you’re responsible for

You’re responsible for what you send and where you send it. That includes each document, each number, and any right, permission or consent you need to send it. Each office number on our pages shows its source and the date we checked it.

If a document holds someone else’s information, such as their health records or tax return, you confirm that you have any authorization or consent the law requires to send it.

Keep your sign-in secure. The name on your faxes and the details you give us must be true.

What you may not send

Don’t use XipFax to:

We may refuse, hold or stop a fax, and suspend or close an account, when we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, or while we look into a complaint. We may look at a fax and its records to act on a complaint or meet a legal duty.

Who owns XipFax

XipHub Inc. owns XipFax: its software, its design and content, its name and logos, and every right in them. These terms let you use XipFax as they say, and give you no other right in it.

Don’t copy, change, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer XipFax, or try to get its source code, except where the law lets you do so whatever these terms say. Don’t sell, resell, rent, lend or sublicense XipFax or access to it, or offer it as part of a service of your own.

Prices and payment

Prices are on our pricing page. You pay for each fax as you send it, or you buy a plan. We keep with each order the version of these terms and of the price list it was placed under, and that version governs the order.

Your plan’s renewal

Your plan renews automatically, every month or every year as you chose when you bought it, until you cancel it. Each renewal is for the same period, a month or a year, and you pay for it on the same date as your first payment, at the price you agreed to, with nothing more for you to do.

Cancel any time before your next renewal date and you won’t be charged again: choose Cancel plan on your Number page in XipFax. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your number is yours until then. No part of a period you paid for is refunded, except as this section says for a business in Wisconsin.

We may change the plan’s price. We’ll email you before a new price first applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does; if you don’t, your plan renews at the new price.

If you bought the yearly plan for a business in Wisconsin, you can also end a year your plan has renewed into: email support@xipfax.com, and your plan ends a month after your email, or on a later day you name, and we refund each whole month of that year left after it ends.

Refund policy

A fax that fails costs nothing: we don’t charge for it, or we refund what you paid. Other charges, plan fees included, aren’t refunded unless the law requires it.

XipFax as it is

As far as the law allows, XipFax is provided as it is and as available. The XipFax companies make no promise about it beyond what these terms say, and disclaim every implied warranty, such as of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, the XipFax companies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. As far as the law allows, their total liability, together, for any claim is limited to what you paid for the fax, or for the plan period, that the claim concerns.

Covering our losses

As far as the law allows, you’ll cover the XipFax companies’ losses and reasonable costs from any claim that arises from what you sent, the numbers you chose, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Ending

You can stop using XipFax at any time. A plan renews until you cancel it, as “Your plan’s renewal” says. To delete your account, email support@xipfax.com from your account’s email address. We may close an account as these terms allow.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We post each version here with its date, and tell clients of a material change by email or in XipFax. Each order stays under the version it was placed under.

Transfer

We may transfer these terms, with our rights and duties under them, to XipHub Inc., to another of the XipFax companies, or to whoever takes over all or part of our business or XipFax. We tell you of a transfer by email or in XipFax. You may transfer them only with our written consent.

Other

XipHub Inc. and the other XipFax companies may rely on and enforce the parts of these terms that protect them. No one else but you and us has rights under these terms.

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: support@xipfax.com.
