What to write about
- A fax: one that failed again when you sent it again, or one you can’t find in your log.
- Your fax number: the faxes it receives, or the plan that keeps it.
- A payment: a receipt, a charge you don’t recognize, or your plan’s renewal.
- Your account: signing in, or deleting it with its documents and faxes.
- A complaint about XipFax.

If you have a XipFax account, write from its email address. For a fax, say the number it went to and the day you sent it.
Your personal information
To see, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, or to opt out, write to the same address. What you can ask, and how, is in our privacy policy, under Your rights and requests.
